The service
Bakaya shows outstanding and collections information read from your TallyPrime data through the Bakaya Agent, and helps you follow up with dealers. Figures in Bakaya are as of the last sync, TallyPrime remains your books of account.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for the devices you sign in on and the Tally PC you pair. Revoke any device you no longer use from Settings.
Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial with all available features. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, Bakaya costs ₹999 per year for one account and one connected Tally PC.
- Features marked “Coming soon” or “On the roadmap” are not part of the subscription until they are released.
Acceptable use
Use Bakaya only for your own business’s receivables. Send reminders only to parties you do business with, and follow WhatsApp’s terms when you send them.
Cancelling
You can stop using Bakaya at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account. For questions about a paid subscription, contact support@bakaya.co.in.
